Founders Associate (m/w/d)

Support the founder operationally by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and teams across the office and construction sites, including service provider management. Bring structure to processes and develop them until they become functional, while taking responsibility for communication with authorities, partners, and internal staff. Manage terminology and organize schedules, remaining on-site to structure the setup of new locations hands-on and create robust, repeatable processes. Serve as the interface between the site manager and expansion assistance. Requires first-hand experience in project or operations environments, a degree with economic or technical focus, and strong organizational skills. Unrestricted fixed-term employment with 28 vacation days plus one extra day per year of tenure.
