Founders Associate (m/w/d)

Coordinate the CEO's internal and external meetings, including preparation and follow-up. Initiate new strategic themes, build initial structures, and oversee implementation handoffs to specialized departments. Independently manage complex operational tasks and special projects while conducting targeted market research and creating precise decision briefs for the Board and stakeholders. Negotiate with shareholders, partners, and key actors within the automotive and tech ecosystems. Requires a Master's degree in business or related fields, 2–3 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, and C2-level German and English.
