Job Summary
Analyze the current status of processes, collaboration, and decision logic to identify limitations for future growth and unexploited optimization potential. Develop a structured understanding of Cracky's unique dynamics and translate theoretical organizational knowledge into concrete proposals for scaling the current concept to larger teams. Observe daily operations to uncover implicit knowledge transfer and actionable improvements for an agile, creative structure beyond traditional hierarchies. This three-month internship includes a monthly allowance of 500€ and offers direct access to the founders of an international event company specializing in high-profile dining and brand experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Akademischer Hintergrund in Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Kulturwissenschaften, mit Fokus auf Organisationsentwicklung, Unternehmensführung, Systemtheorie, Management oder verwandten Feldern
- Hands-On Mentalität
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Dynamiken zu durchdringen und zu veranschaulichen
