Job Summary
Own the sales and contract asset library, ensuring digital decks and annexes align with shipped products. Prepare for and document customer calls, conducting account research and delivering post-call follow-ups. Enhance the company knowledge base with a structured, current baseline for internal AI tools. Run market and competitor analyses to deliver actionable recommendations. Triage partnerships and evaluate inbound product requests. Take strategic projects end-to-end, planning implementation and owning outcomes. Professionalize internal processes and system landscapes. Support recruiting by screening applications and managing candidate pipelines. Drive employer branding through LinkedIn content and hiring page updates. Organize team events and handle light HR topics for the Munich office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Generalist capability to move between competitor analysis, customer demo prep, LinkedIn posts, and Notion cleanup
- Ability to prioritize without being told
- Clear writing skills
- AI-native proficiency with tools like Claude
- Demonstrable ability to build, automate, or figure out something with AI
- German language at C1 level
- English language at C1 level
- Discretion regarding sensitive data, contracts, and investor material
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to GRC, audit, risk, compliance, or a regulated industry
- AI experience and willingness to support enhancing a knowledge base others actually used
- Notion power user status
- Comfortable making content and structure changes to website(s)
- Prior recruiting or employer branding experience, even informal
