Job Summary
Founders Associate Intern / Working Student in Berlin supporting Go-To-Market, Market Research, Strategic Execution, and Internal Automation. Responsibilities include designing market validation experiments and outbound campaigns, building ICP-specific narratives, analyzing results to inform pivots, supporting early sales processes, competitive intelligence and pricing analyses, and working directly with founders on strategic topics. You will also assess target markets, map competitors in AI automation and vertical solutions, translate regulatory developments into product and GTM implications, and help automate internal workflows using tools like Claude Code and n8n. The role offers direct collaboration with the founder team, real responsibility on strategic topics, and hands-on experience in building an AI startup.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a startup, consulting, venture capital, or similar fast-paced environment
- Possibility to come regularly to the office in Berlin
- German C1+
- English B2+
- Independent market research capability
- Understanding of business models and markets
- Bias towards execution
- Interest in AI and automation
- Ability to ask constructive questions about leverage and impact
