Job Summary
Founders Associate (Strategy & Expansion) internship working directly with the Chief of Staff and Founders to translate brand DNA into new spaces while ensuring operational performance. Responsibilities include Strategic Expansion Engineering to identify and evaluate new frontiers and draft investment memos; Operational Ownership with on-site involvement to shape decisions and ensure premium standards; Board-Impact & Capital Strategy, supporting presentations for directors and investors and contributing to capital raises; Retail Performance initiatives to grow revenue per location; and building a network of premium suppliers and contractors. Profile requires 1-2 years of professional experience or a strong internship background in consulting, VC, investment banking, or top-tier startups, plus a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. The role emphasizes AI-first problem solving, fluency in German and English for on-site briefings and board-level discussions, hands-on operational grit, proactive issue resolution, strategic foresight, and adaptability in a fast-scaling company. Location is Berlin, with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience in high-performance environments or strong internship track record in consulting, VC, investment banking, or top-tier startups
