Job Summary
This role focuses on building and executing a talent acquisition engine, requiring sophisticated Boolean searches and management of multi-touch outreach across candidates. You will analyze candidate responses, optimize outreach strategies, and document successful tactics. The position demands a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, including experimentation with sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn and presenting insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will have a builder mentality and experience in management or strategy consulting.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in management consulting (MBB strongly preferred), strategy consulting, or top-tier strategy & operations
- Builder mentality: energized by creating something from scratch
- Analytical + scrappy: think in frameworks and optimize based on data
