Job Summary
Own the website in Webflow, managing content, structure, landing pages, conversion, and tracking while executing keyword research, on-page SEO, and backlink strategies. Drive qualified inbound meetings through Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, then build brand awareness via press, LinkedIn, and conferences by end-to-end event planning, stand design, and speaker negotiations. Write blog posts, one-pagers, and maintain consistent brand guidelines. Fluently speak German and English, with a background in marketing, growth, or consulting. Based in Munich with relocation support, this role offers full trust and a direct path to owning marketing at Zeit AI, a YC-backed business intelligence agent framework.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years in marketing, growth, consulting or a startup
- familiar with Webflow, SEO, SEA and GA4
- speak German and English fluently
- write sharply, think visually, and notice when something looks off
- are comfortable in front of people: a customer, a camera, a conference room
- Munich is our hub. In-person by design, full relocation within Europe covered
