Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end strategic projects from analysis through implementation and measurement, identifying key opportunities and driving operational initiatives. Bring structure to complex problem statements, prioritizing tasks and delivering solutions while maintaining ownership of high-impact goals. Execute plans with a generalist mindset, seamlessly switching between strategy and hands-on execution using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and AI applications. Manage daily operations with a founder's mindset, focusing on essential themes and adapting quickly to dynamic situations. Support local dealers occasionally for implementation and maintain clear communication in both English and German. Required Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung darin, Projekte eigenständig zu steuern und erfolgreich abzuschließen (Start-ups, Operations, Strategie oder vergleichbar)
- Stressresistenz und Fähigkeit, in dynamischen Situationen ruhig zu bleiben und Lösungen zu liefern
- Unternehmerisches Denken: Fähigkeit, Pläne zu machen, Prioritäten zu setzen, wichtige Themen im Blick zu behalten und sich auf das Wesentliche zu fokussieren
- Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten
- Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten

- Englisch im täglichen (internen) Business
