Job Summary
Support the Founders' team with daily operational oversight, market analysis for European expansion, and B2B sales execution including meeting preparation and investor pitch deck creation. Drive process optimization by identifying inefficiencies and testing new AI tools to enable smarter scaling. Manage fundraising activities and strategic meetings while collaborating with universities and local partners to foster regional innovation. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Business or Tourism Management, strong analytical skills with Excel, and fluency in German and English. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism Management, or an equivalent field (Advanced Bachelor or Master)
- Extreme 'Get-things-done' mentality: When facing a problem, independently seek a solution
- Strong analytical skills with a love for working with data (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Ability to identify excellent design in presentations
- Fluent communication in German and English (oral and written)
- Experience in a startup, consulting, or project management (preferred but treated as required per 'Optimalerweise' context in hard list)
