Own the operational groundwork for new markets end-to-end, including research, vendor setup, and local operations until processes run smoothly. Build and roll out company-wide processes from scratch, such as project scoping and prioritization frameworks, driving them to completion. Provide sharp analysis for strategic decisions and support the CEO in defining the company's direction. Deliver clarity on unfamiliar topics within days while maintaining a high bar for your own work. This role shapes the CEO Office structure at voize, an AI health-tech platform helping over 200,000 caregivers.

- Ability to take ownership before it is assigned
- Ability to produce clarity within days on topics known nothing about
- Ability to hold a high bar for own work without anyone checking
- Ability to ask a sharp question early instead of defending a wrong assumption late
- Ability to pace that gives energy instead of draining it
