Job Summary
Partner directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, board prep, and investor materials while supporting the COO on company-wide planning and operating cadence. Drive cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, build structured analyses and decision frameworks, and identify bottlenecks to create systems that prevent recurrence. Prepare strategic insights to keep leadership and the team aligned across product, GTM, operations, and finance. Based in Stuttgart or Berlin, this role requires 2–4 years of top-tier strategy consulting experience and offers direct access to founders with a clear path into general management. Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) or an equivalent high-performance environment
- Sharp analytical thinker with structured problem-solving skills and a bias for action
- Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders and tells the story behind the numbers
- Strong commercial instinct and genuine curiosity about how a B2B SaaS business actually runs
- Comfortable holding multiple workstreams in parallel, navigating ambiguity, and switching context without losing rigor
- Hands-on operator mindset: you bring clarity, ownership, and momentum to everything you touch
- Based in Stuttgart or Berlin
