Founder's Office - Program Manager

Founder's Office Program Manager role embedded in EPD (Engineering, Product & Design) responsible for 60–70% technical program management across EPD initiatives and 30–40% ownership of the GRC and audit calendar (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR). Drive end-to-end initiatives, run Agile ceremonies, manage roadmaps and dependencies, surface risks to leadership, and serve as an extension of the Founder's Office by coordinating strategy-to-execution with the Chief of Staff and founding team. Build and maintain governance across cloud, SDLC, IAM, logging, monitoring, and incident response; own security reviews and trust documentation to enable enterprise partnerships; establish operating cadence using tools like Linear, Vanta, Drata, and Secureframe. Requires 5+ years in technical program management, 2+ years driving cross-functional EPD programs, hands-on depth in SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and familiarity with GRC frameworks; 0-to-1 capability in fast-moving environments; senior-level collaboration with engineering, product, and design; certifications (CSM, PMP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are a plus.
