Job Summary
Founder's Associate Intern at AnyTax in Berlin Hybrid. You will be a sparring partner to the founding team, wearing multiple hats across Growth & GTM execution, Product & Tech bridge, Operational backbone, Strategic partnerships & deal architecture, and special projects. Responsibilities include shaping and executing GTM strategy in Europe, translating business needs into actionable briefs for engineering, building scalable internal processes, developing data-driven business cases for partnerships with banks and financial platforms, and owning unowned projects such as exploring AI-driven tooling and board-prep tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in high-growth startups or other fast-paced environments like consulting, VC or tax technology
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
- Sparring partner: critical thinking and strategic input
- Native/Fluent Germanâessential for interactions with German financial institutions
- Tech-native: proficient with AI tools and automation to maximize output
