Job Summary
Founder's Associate to Head of People in a T-1 VC-backed mobility startup in Berlin. Own end-to-end people initiatives across recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, benefits, and employer branding; build scalable processes and partner with leadership to shape the people function. Responsibilities include eliminating manual work (HRIS setup, automation), running defined recruiting assignments, managing end-to-end onboarding and exits, ensuring compliance across sites, researching and implementing benefits, and crafting compelling careers content. Requires fluent German (C2) and professional English, startup experience or exposure, independent work style, strong systems-thinking, and discretion in handling sensitive information. The role emphasizes fast iteration, ownership, and direct impact on a scaling organization.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent German (C2) is a hard requirement
