Founder's Associate – Strategy & Operations (w/m/d)

Analyze and optimize booking, conversion, and closing processes along the sales funnel, while creating, tracking, and interpreting relevant funnel, performance, and growth KPIs. Identify process inefficiencies, potentially using AI, and support the derivation and implementation of improvement measures. Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of actions to reactivate lost leads. Provide close support and enablement to daily sales operations, collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute data-driven optimizations. This role requires a candidate with 1–2 years of relevant experience or internships in an analytical, data-driven environment, alongside a strong academic background in business, finance, or data analytics. Fluency in German is essential, and a passion for AI product innovation is highly valued.
