Job Summary
Own highly ambiguous, top-priority strategic initiatives and turn them into execution-ready realities. Lead 0-to-1 special projects across product, operations, and growth; build the initial framework, prove the concept, and scale. Diagnose systemic inefficiencies across departments, implement rapid, data-backed solutions, and develop business cases presented directly to executive leadership. Act as a force multiplier for senior leadership, helping prepare high-stakes materials for board meetings, investor relations, and external partnerships. 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or fast-paced strategy/operations at a high-growth startup. Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets), with SQL or data visualization as a plus. Demonstrates total autonomy and grit; excellent communication across stakeholders; comfortable with chaos and quick, high-quality decision-making. Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of high-octane experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a fast-paced strategy/operations role at a high-growth startup
- Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets is a must; SQL or data visualisation tools are a massive plus)
- Total autonomy and grit to see initiatives through to completion
