Job Summary
Drive cross-functional value creation across M&A, venture/business development, data analytics, automation, finance, sales, ops, and fundraising. Recruit and onboard new ops teams at rollout sites while building automation deployed across all locations. Thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment with shifting priorities, delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure. Work directly with founders in a small HQ team with flat hierarchies, moving from 8:30am to 8pm. Shape a fast-scaling platform at its inception with end-to-end ownership and accelerated career growth.
Required Qualifications
- A true generalist who connects the dots across functions
- Experienced in fast‐paced environments (hypergrowth start‐ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‐quality outcomes
- An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
- A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity
- Passionate about entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company
- Currently completing a bachelor's (4th semester and above) or master's programme (business-related field is a plus) from a top-tier university
- Fully fluent in German is a must (C2)
