Job Summary
Implement and improve people operations from hiring strategy to onboarding, while driving marketing efforts through strategic goal setting and execution. Manage accounting and financial tasks, including records and invoices, and support sales processes by optimizing pipelines and CRM systems. Collaborate with founders on quantitative and qualitative tasks to secure non-dilutive funding and venture debt for startups. Required Qualifications
- native German language skills
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Have done a minimum of one internship/working student position in relevant sectors, i.e., Consulting, Banking, Investment firm, VC-funded venture
