Job Summary
Support the CEO in developing the supply and demand sides of the marketplace, strategize on market approach and customer engagement, and execute go-to-market efforts. Contribute to long-term strategic vision by collaborating with C-level to identify growth opportunities, while assisting with operational tasks, fundraising preparation, and investor relations. Gather customer feedback, perform product demonstrations, and expand Carovo in Business Development and Product areas. This role requires fluency in English and German, an analytical mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities within a rapidly expanding startup focused on the future of e-mobility.
Required Qualifications
- Completed or currently enrolled in business administration, management or a comparable course of study
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
- Interest in sales, or a willingness to master it
- Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Analytical mindset, well organized and you love automation as much as we do
- Strong communication & prioritization skills
