Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end strategic and operational projects for the Founding Team, analyzing, structuring, and implementing initiatives across Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance. Observe market trends and competition in construction and tech while supporting internal process optimization to enable efficient scaling. Manage recruiting and organizational priorities as needed, taking ownership of high-relevance special projects for the Company Building and Executive leadership. Work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive growth before the planned funding round doubles the team size.
Required Qualifications
- Studium an einer starken Universität oder Abschluss vor Kurzem
- starke Hands-on-Mentalität
- Arbeitsweise selbstständig, strukturiert und in einem schnellen Umfeld mit vielen parallelen Themen
- hohe Ansprüche an sich selbst und Übernahme von Verantwortung
- analytisches Denken
- Gutes Gespür für Prioritäten
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell durchdringen zu können
- erste relevante Erfahrung in einem Startup, Beratung, Business Development, Operations oder einem ähnlich ambitionierten Umfeld
- klare, direkte und professionelle Kommunikation
- fließende Deutschkenntnisse (Sprechen und Schreiben)
- Praktikum ab August oder alternativ September auf mindestens 3 Monate (gerne 6 Monate)

- Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld
- Interesse an der Bau- und Immobilienbranche
