Job Summary
Own frontline outreach by crafting outbound campaigns, generating targeted lead lists, and reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls. Lead and participate in discovery calls to qualify high-potential leads, guide prospects through the trial experience, and set up shared communication channels. Test and iterate on new growth channels to identify the highest-impact acquisition strategies while tracking every pipeline step in the CRM and reporting on metrics. Work directly with the CEO to develop and execute GTM strategy, leveraging AI tools extensively across all responsibilities to build AI-native sales processes from the ground up. This fully on-site role in Munich, Germany requires native-level German fluency and relocation willingness; visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles
- Native-level fluency in German
- Located in Munich or genuinely willing to relocate and work on-site
- Proven track record crafting and executing outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls
- Experience developing and executing GTM strategy in a startup environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery calls, qualify leads, and advance deals through pipeline stages
- Quantifiable results from past roles or side projects
