Founder's Associate

The Founder's Associate serves as the operational engine for the Founder’s Office, handling day-to-day tasks (decks, communications, scheduling, light analysis) to keep the founders’ office moving and enable strategic work. It is a launchpad role: drive end-to-end strategic projects (e.g., launching the SF office, establishing operating cadences, running company-wide reviews), build decision artifacts (board decks, all-hands, founder updates, leadership memos), pull and shape data for hiring, ops, and finance, own cross-functional initiatives across product, talent, ops, and finance with a single accountable owner, and use AI as a force multiplier to increase output. You’ll identify blockers and take action, ensuring the founders are focused on strategy and hiring. Requirements emphasize 4+ years in top-tier consulting, banking, high-trajectory startup operator roles, or equivalent; strong data fluency (SQL, modeling), AI fluency (Claude, Cursor, n8n), crisp written communication, high agency, and ambitious motivation to lead initiatives within two years. Some remote work is accommodated, with regular in-person collaboration across hubs; travel for workshops and off-sites is expected.
