Job Summary
Founder's Associate to support hiring, operations, and business execution across A1; coordinate stakeholders, manage priorities, and maintain operational discipline. Works closely with leadership and supports a broad range of activities, including recruiting operations, agency management, office setup, events, and business administration. Responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities and recruiter relationships, onboarding agencies, managing project trackers and operational workflows, coordinating meetings/events/travel and business logistics, supporting office setup and vendor management, preparing reports/presentations for leadership, ensuring follow-through on initiatives, and contributing to day-to-day operations. Required skills include strong organization, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities, excellent written and verbal communication, cross-team collaboration, proactivity, and ownership.
