Job Summary
Founder's Associate to support hiring, operations, and business execution across A1. Coordinate hiring activities, interviews, recruiter relationships, agency onboarding, and communications; manage project trackers, action items, and operational workflows; coordinate meetings, events, travel, and logistics; assist with office setup, vendor management, and local operations; prepare leadership reports and presentations; ensure follow-through on initiatives and day-to-day operations. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective cross-functional collaboration. Hands-on environment with opportunities to contribute directly to the company's success. Interviews may be conducted virtually or onsite.
