Job Summary
Senior, hands-on COO responsible for end-to-end operations across credentialing, payer contracting, HR, finance, and compliance, with a focus on patient experience and quality. You will own operational glue across advocates, providers, and payers, fix broken workflows, drive process excellence, build repeatable workflows for billing and intake, monitor KPIs, and deliver investor-facing reporting. Requires 7+ years in healthcare operations in a startup, clinic, or provider network, and an AI-native, data-driven, execution-focused mindset. This role is remote with periodic in-person meetings in San Francisco and is not a manager role per se, but a hands-on leadership position that shapes strategy and operations from Day 1.
