Founder (CEO) - Industrial Laser Venture

Founding CEO responsible for owning commercial strategy, go-to-market, fundraising, and building the company from zero alongside a technical co-founder and venture team. Responsibilities include validating beachhead opportunities, converting industry relationships into pilots and LOIs, shaping the business model and pricing, raising pre-seed/seed capital, and taking the product from a validated prototype to deployed, revenue-generating systems. The role requires an industrial operator with field-tested experience in oil & gas, marine, or heavy industry, who can lead a technical team, drive real-world commercial traction, and operate with grit and strategic focus. This is a founder-led venture with meaningful founding equity and close collaboration with ATUM on GTM, product, and fundraising, leveraging established partners and an ecosystem for early adoption.
