Job Summary
Design company management infrastructure by overseeing performance management, compensation, hiring practices, organizational design, goal setting, and strategy. Lead special initiatives for funding rounds or product performance issues while acting as an extra pair of eyes on key business areas to provide insights to the Founder. This role supports the Founder's Office in launching products and strategic initiatives for a Series-B scale-up expanding across the US and EMEA.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in either top-tier investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting or a fast-growing technology company
- STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a globally recognised university
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity; who can work out ideas from scratch, and then execute effectively
- Fast learner who loves to take responsibility with the ability to deliver strong results and impact business decisions
