Conduct Go-to-Market testing by validating hypotheses through small experiments on lead generation, outreach, and sales steps. Analyze core metrics including cost per lead, appointment rate, and conversation quality to assess resource efficiency. Observe existing workflows for improvement and collaborate closely with the GTM team, sales, marketing, and customer success to inform decisions. Support the founder team in understanding which actions drive growth and where processes need adjustment. Work remotely or on-site in Stuttgart, coordinating asynchronously with a flexible schedule.
