Job Summary
Join BCE as the Foundations for Success Impact Assistant to support the Foundations for Success program by capturing, analysing and communicating the impact of professional learning. You will collect and manage qualitative and quantitative data, maintain accurate records across systems (including databases and NVivo), prepare reports and summaries to support program evaluation, dashboard reporting and evidence-based decision-making, and contribute to Power BI dashboard content. You will respond to stakeholder enquiries, apply established data handling processes, and translate qualitative insights into meaningful outcomes for program improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Positive Notice Blue Card for working with Children
- Experience or interest in qualitative research or data analysis (highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Excel and an understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Ability to analyse and summarise information clearly and effectively
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks
- Collaborative with stakeholders at different levels
- Understanding of data systems, spreadsheets and reporting tools
