Foundation Specialist - Full-Time

Manage projects including fundraising events and campaigns for the OLOLRMC Foundation with minimal supervision. Recruit, train, and oversee large groups of volunteers for major Foundation events while training new team members and mentoring existing staff. Maintain donor confidentiality throughout all activities. This position represents the second level of a three-level progression within the Foundation Specialist track.
