Job Summary
Manage donor relationships and implement engagement strategies to achieve philanthropic goals and secure vital funding. Maintain advanced administrative systems for donor relations and project timelines, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Utilize the Foundation's CRM system for data management, extractions, and reporting while coordinating multiple projects from conception to completion. Adhere to strict deadlines and support Foundation Directors and development officers in enhancing donor cultivation. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in non-profit fund development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a non-profit fund developing setting
- 4-6 years of experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position
