Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of foundation repair technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. Conduct on-site inspections to assess foundation issues, identify repair needs, and develop appropriate plans using techniques like underpinning, slab jacking, and pier installation. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on project requirements while training team members on repair procedures and equipment operation. Monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure all tools and materials are properly maintained. Uphold company policies and regulatory requirements, providing regular updates to management on status and budget. Minimum 2 years experience in foundation repair required; valid driver's license and OSHA certification needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in foundation repair or related construction field, with a demonstrated track record of successful project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of technicians.
- In-depth knowledge of foundation repair techniques, including underpinning, slab jacking, pier installation, and soil stabilization methods.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering highquality results.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed.
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
