Job Summary
Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program combining 12 weeks of paid classroom instruction at Nashua Community College and 3,600 hours of on-the-job training under a physician’s supervision, leading to a National Clinical Medical Assistant credential (CCMA) and placement into a full-time Medical Assistant role with Foundation Medical Partners. The program pays tuition, offers benefits, and provides milestone-based pay increases, with a two-year post-completion employment commitment. Classes start October 2026; shift is weekdays 8 AM–5 PM. Completion of the program enables eligibility to sit for the CCMA exam through NHA and placement into an open medical assistant position within the Clinical Float Pool.
