Job Summary
Build and manage relationships with an active portfolio of donors and prospective supporters while identifying new giving opportunities. Cultivate, solicit, and steward existing donors to achieve fundraising goals, and partner with Deaconess leaders, physicians, and community organizations to strengthen philanthropic engagement. Represent the Foundation at community events as a visible ambassador and support fundraising campaigns, special events, and employee giving initiatives across multiple hospitals. Collaborate with colleagues to develop donor engagement strategies, track activity and key performance metrics, and expand community outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, foundation development, donor relations, nonprofit development, sales, business development, or a related relationship-focused role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet goals
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
