Job Summary
Design and execute GIFT (fund) disbursement processes, manage donor research and analytics, and oversee the daily management of Raiser's Edge NXT to ensure accurate data entry and gift recording. Develop and enforce best practices for member database integrity, including reviewing donor records for accuracy and implementing process improvements for data input and output efficiency. Build comprehensive reporting on gift growth, depletion rates, and stagnancy to support decision-making, while leading donor stewardship activities such as the Gold Leaf and Donor Wall programs. Conduct prospect discovery analysis to identify high-potential major givers and make portfolio assignments. This Foundation Database Administrator role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of database management experience and proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT, with a salary range of $60,860.80 - $91,291.20.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of database management experience
- Proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT (or similar donor database)

Desired Qualifications
