Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, and wheel loaders to execute post frame building construction. Assist with concrete work and bracket setting while managing tandem-axle dump trucks for material transport. Use grade lasers to ensure level foundations and handle snow removal during winter months. Requires 2+ years of heavy equipment experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work occasional evenings and extended hours. Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Concrete experience is a plus.
