Job Summary
Review and evaluate insurance claims for injury or illness based on policy terms, working closely with customers, doctors, lawyers, and rehabilitation experts. Provide clear guidance and support applicants through the claims process while developing expertise in Life Insurance. No prior insurance experience is required; candidates from diverse backgrounds including healthcare, finance, legal, and customer services are welcome. Start date is Monday, 26th October 2026, with hybrid work available in Melbourne. Comprehensive training and career development are provided.
