Job Summary
Foster Parent Recruiter role supporting family recruitment from Nelson, NZ with a 10-hour-per-week, part-time schedule. Primarily work from home with regular in-person attendance at the Nelson Service Centre; requires strong communication, marketing/branding aptitude, ability to operate independently and within a team, and capability to develop and execute project plans. Flexibility for weekend and evening hours, a valid NZ driver’s license, and alignment with the organization’s Christian Kaupapa. The position focuses on recruiting and promoting foster care opportunities within the Open Home Foundation community.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Marketing knowledge and/or a relevant qualification
- The ability to work alone and also as part of a team
- The ability to develop and outwork project plans
- Willingness to work weekends & evenings as required
- Full New Zealand driver’s license
- Alignment with the Open Home Foundation’s Christian Kaupapa
