Foster Home Supervisor

The Foster Home Supervisor engages, supports, and grows foster and kinship homes to enhance placement stability, assesses home needs and growth potential to determine best placements for youth, ensures homes meet certification requirements and training standards, conducts community-based visits with homes and youth, and provides on-call crisis support on a rotational basis. The role involves collaboration with team members to ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate records, supporting foster parents with policies and procedures, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring state regulations and agency standards, facilitating training and development, tracking caseload progress, and contributing to quarterly performance goals. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, and SAFE Certification. Preferred experience in youth services and knowledge of Colorado state rules & regulations.
