Job Summary
Provide individual and family therapy using approved therapeutic interventions; conduct assessments and support development and implementation of treatment plans; assist with case coordination and linkage to community resources; collaborate with families, the Department of Children’s Services (DCS), court personnel, and other involved parties to support clients’ behavioral and emotional goals; maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration across multiple locations in Tennessee.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline allowing mental health licensure in Tennessee
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain prior to working with clients
- Knowledge of child development and therapeutic interventions
- Experience working with families with significant needs
- Ability to work flexible hours based on program needs
- Ability to work across multiple locations
- Ability to meet background check requirements
