Job Summary
Foster Care Team Lead supervises and directs the activities of the case management staff responsible for service delivery for clients in their caseload, ensuring adherence to Omni policies and applicable regulations. Requires a Master’s degree, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license; oversees foster care/adult services with a focus on safety, healing, and compliant operations; benefits include comprehensive package and ESOP.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social services, human services or related field required for foster care services oversight. Master’s degree preferred for adult services oversight.
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with developmentally, intellectually and/or physically disabled individuals or special needs children and one year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience required with children’s mental health and behavioral population.
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate good judgment in decision making; strong organizational and interpersonal skills required; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver’s License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
- Verified state licenses, including credentialing and training, as required by state regulations.
