Job Summary
Conduct annual contractual reviews for Host Home Providers and maintain audit files to ensure compliance. Provide availability information to the matching team and coordinate ongoing Mentor appreciation activities. Develop and implement a Mentor retention plan while delivering continuing education sessions. Requires a Licensed social worker in Alabama, a Bachelor's degree, and current driver's license. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules available with comprehensive benefits.
