Job Summary
Oversees clinical aspects of the Therapeutic Foster Care Program and ensures services are provided in accordance with contracts, laws, regulations, and internal policies. Facilitates therapeutic services in alignment with Epworth Children's Home’s mission and values to provide a safe, nurturing living environment for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work or another license-eligible field required
- LMSW, LPC, LISW-CP, or LMFT preferred
- Must have understanding of children, adolescent and family treatment and ability to deliver evidence-based practice with fidelity
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals; present information to groups
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions
- Must be able to pass standard background checking including drug screen, employment physical, SLED, DSS Central Registry, Sex Offenders Registry
- Belief system and engagement in faith practices compatible with United Methodist Church
