Job Summary
Provide support and resources to children and foster families while coordinating the development, review, and implementation of services, case management plans, and behavior interventions. Oversee all services delivered to individuals and their families, monitor quality of care, ensure contractual compliance, and maintain relationships with external case managers. Assist in developing quality services and engaging activities tailored to individual needs. This role serves youth in Hazelton, Nanticoke, and Wilkesbarre, with the office located in Brodheadsville. A Bachelor's degree in human services and one year of experience working with at-risk youth are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
- One year of work-related experience working with youth placed at-risk
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
- A commitment to quality in everything you do
- Bi lingual Engish-Spanish welcome
