Job Summary
Utilize Microsoft Windows programs to track and maintain data for multiple rolling deadlines related to youth in care. Conduct home visits and office-based services, including accompanying individuals being served as needed, while communicating with external partners such as DCPP, CMO, and family members. Responsible for the annual contractual review process for Host Home Providers and maintaining files regularly for compliance. Coordinate care with team members to ensure youth receive high-quality care while ensuring licensing regulations are met. Flexible in daily schedule to best facilitate program needs. Full-time position in Mt. Laurel with a salary of $45,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services
- Three years of related work experience
