Job Summary
Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments provided to individuals served. Oversee all services to individuals and families, monitor quality of care, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and maintain regulatory program standards. Assist in developing quality services and engaging activities that meet individual needs while building relationships with families and external case managers. Requires a Bachelor's degree in human services or related field, one year of experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, a current driver's license, and a compassionate approach. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules available with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and paid time off.
