Foster Care Case Manager Cook County

Coordinate all services for wards of the state and their families by conducting regular home visits to foster homes and moving cases toward permanency in juvenile court. Arrange sibling visitation and manage case files to ensure the well-being of children under care. Work Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 PM. A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and IL licensing via CERAP, CCA, 402, and Child Welfare exams are required, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Own transportation and a current Illinois driver's license are necessary. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus.
