Job Summary
Provide and maintain child welfare services, counseling and case management to individuals, families and groups that include birth, foster and adoptive families, within agency policy. Build a positive working relationship with clients to meet their goals through regular, consistent, face-to-face or virtual client contact. Maintain complete client files and input all progress notes, data, and reports into the required database in a timely manner. Role requires a Bachelor's degree in a human-behavior field, with 2 years’ experience in child welfare/adoption/foster care; candidate must be a licensed driver with reliable vehicle and insurance; earnestly dedicated to supporting families and ensuring safety and stability. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other Human Behavior Science
- Two years’ experience with Child Welfare, Adoption, Foster Care, community resources and/or care coordinator preferred
- Must be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile and insurance in accordance with state/organization requirements
