Evaluate and approve projects for funding based on established criteria and due diligence, coordinating with underwriting teams to ensure timely approvals. Promote housing loan and secured loan products to increase market share and establish financial targets for the assigned period. Provide market insights and analysis to support business growth in alignment with the company's plans.
